PROJECT ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:[ Project Management | Site Supervision | QA & QC | Cost Control | Safety | Quantity Survey ] Supervised Construction projects at Davao City areas. Whereas, ensuring that all engineering work is carried out and ensured contract drawings and specifications were followed, informed clients with progress updates, and resolved field issues and design errors with the designers and contractors. 1. Created, planned and executed project work plans with project manager; identified resources needed and minimized exposure of risk on several construction project. 2. Thoroughly communicated with developer, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal management to ensure project management. 3. Work with Project Managers, Architects and Structural Engineers to keep them updated on progress and issues that arise during the construction process. 4. Conduct Toolbox Meeting on site, lead and manage construction workers by assigning and supervise all construction works from masonry, steelworks, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, mechanical (ACU, water pump, etc.), painting and finishing works up to the punch listing. 5. Ensured that the project was built to specifications by implementing detailed drawing revisions and design changes. 6. Ensure Project Management through construction schedule (PERT-CPM, Bar Chart and S-Curve) and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 7. Maintained project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. 8. Manage the ordering and tracking of materials for timely deliveries and installations. 9. Estimate in carrying out material quantity take-off during various project phases. 10. Controlled project costs by approving expenditures and administering sub-contracts. 11. Coordinated and completed the Punch list as required by the client.

• Job Details:[ Assist Project Engineer | Estimator | Project Documentation and Project Report | Draftsman ] Supports the Construction Department in managing requirements for projects including technical objectives, project estimate goals, and solutions that are consistent with the contracted scope: 1. Assist Project Engineer to control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes from simultaneous activity. 2. Evaluated field problems, arranged project meetings and coordinated timely review and resolution of on-site issues. 3. Prepared/processed budgets, contract billing, reviewed changed order and distributed submittals, RFI's and other project related documents. 4. Guided the sub-contractors from the blue print as well as supervised and checked construction on site whenever the Project Engineer is not around. 5. Prepared shop and as-built Drawings through AutoCAD drafting of Architectural and Structural drawings with approval of Planning and Design Department. 6. Collaborating and communicating with Project Engineer and contractors. 7. Prepare project tracking report, summarized weekly and monthly reports. 8. Facilitated projects by conducting meetings, recording meeting minutes/actions items and performing follow-ups. 9. Critique and negotiate prices for contract modifications with supplier and obtain an independent estimate to compare quotes. 10. Maintains construction files and logs.
