Coordinating with the design team to provide packaging details and managed proofreading for approval. Maintaining a comprehensive sheet tracking supplier payment details and submitting weekly payment requests to the finance team based on budget and priority. Facilitating shipment collection by submitting relevant documentation to the logistics team. Preparation and submission of quotations for inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. Communicating detailed information about new products to the sales team. Conduct stock reconciliation by verifying stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues.
