• Job Details:*Responsible for leading & managing the overall profitability of the Nigerian operating region (covering offshore and onshore OML 123, 124, 126 and 137), ensuring new business development, operational activities are fit-for-purpose. *Provide front-line multi-disciplinary maintenance and planning support to the operational fields, providing maintenance guidance and input to the IOP and long term business planning. *Development and implementation of a 5-year plan to steer the company to a world-class asset integrity and maintenance organisation with defined goals through effective and efficient program review *Develop, implement and control a cost effective CMMS maintenance strategies/routines/procedures and equipment performance assurance standards. Conduct maintenance philosophy & strategy reviews. *Lead core responsibility unit through operations excellence, profitable growth, improved operating cost per barrel, in-country localization (commercial, process & people), and build support of government programme in line with regulatory requirements. *Improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of plants & associated equipment through the application of asset & maintenance engineering expertise in providing cost efficient solutions. Ensure high uptime by safely eliminating bad actors and high cost drivers. *Set KPI’s for vendor and equipment monitoring based on availability and performance. Ensure adequate contractual services cover to support relevant disciplines within area of responsibility. Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients. *Organise, monitor and control asset optimal utilisation to improve asset life cycle costs (LCC) while ensuring that they meet operational, safety and environmental requirements. *Control and optimize personnel performance to meet business requirements. Sr. Engineer, Rotating Equipment EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:*Recruited to provide front-line maintenance support to operational fields (onshore and offshore) reporting to the Manager, Maintenance & Asset Integrity. *Improvement of safety, reliability and efficiency of company-owned assets & associated equipment through the provision of high-level technical support and solutions to all rotating equipment whilst reducing maintenance costs. *Champion reliability of Plant and Equipment by promoting ideas and coaching the maintenance workforce in their defined discipline to ensure that the work is carried out safely and in line with good engineering practice. *Develop & maintain Hazardous Area equipment registers, Plot Plans for operating facilities, responsible for FMEAs, RCFAs and development of bases for the critical assets assessment and certification. *Establish and maintain good company/contract/3rd party workforce. Developing and overseeing 3rd party maintenance contracts on a day-to-day basis. Review of compliance and non-conformities. Providing technical specification on contractual requirements. *Responsible for providing equipment condition monitoring program, data trending & analysis, technical advisory on future business plans, asset and process. *Develop and implement short & long-term replacement plans for aging/obsolete asset, associated sparing & maintenance, providing input into CMMS. Provide technical and commercial guidance on repairs work scope, detail plans to maintenance planning & budgeting. *Responsible for review and control of stock levels of critical spares requirement/usage for company- wide rotating equipment repairs, development program and tooling.

Turbomachinery Repair & Overhaul CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:*Having completed a previous project and identified new business cost saving opportunities, I was made to lead a team of 8 multi-skilled persons with the task of planning/scheduling all major non-routine maintenance activities with a budget cost of <$12MM for Upstream-Nigeria asset. *Coordinate, oversee and attend machinery OEM teardown, parts/repair plan dispositions, acceptance tests (both locally and internationally), negotiating repairs & overhauls provided by 3rd party vendors. *Scope, raise and steward authorization for expenditure (AFEs), develop repair plans, develop and maintain a five year overhaul plan while providing input to the maintenance plan on overhaul planning & budgeting. *Supervise and lead creative team in developing and meeting the manpower requirements required for all onsite repairs, gas turbine, power turbine, and compressor change-outs. *Develop and maintain work-packs for all turbomachinery repairs and maintenance in line with Top Tier Machinery (TTM) crash plans for OEM direct intervention resulting in a current savings >$1MM. *Monitor stock levels of critical spares required for repairs, coordinate critical spares preservation program and tooling.
