- Job Details:1- Lead projects with multinational teams to be implemented in group factories for the international division. 2- Co-operate with other professionals from all over the world to design home appliances (Electric water heaters, towel dryers) including packaging, brochures and any included accessories 3- Prepare precise, fully detailed 3D models for the whole assembly and all included parts. 4- Create fully detailed 2D drawings for the product and all parts while adding the required manufacturing modifications to the raw material to suite the used manufacturing method. 5- Design custom test benches needed to test the performance of the product and make sure that it will function properly given the customer's requirements according to regulations or local/international standards. 6- Prepare validation reports. 7- Specify the purchasing technical specification for the purchasing department. 8- Contact suppliers to make sure that products do conform and audit their facilities to make sure that their manufacturing processes and quality system are capable of achieving the required quality. 9- Construct bill of materials. 10- Propose cost reduction methods by changing the design, selecting new materials or approving new suppliers. 11- Develop necessary documentation for the product with the help of the international team. 12- Specify and optimize processes for assembling the product on assembly lines and prepare job descriptions for each station. 13- Arrange for trials of new products on production lines and to make sure that operators are working the right way. 14- Handle feedbacks from production lines and customer taking quick decisive measures. 15- Propose alternative methods to correct problems while managing current stocks of parts to be scraped with minimum waste.

- Job Details:• Design bus frame bodies and finishing for export busses (Double Decker busses) according to specific regulations of different countries. • Prepare part and material lists, • Create totally modifiable high quality fully detailed 3d models for the product, prepare automated assembly and production drawings according to the 3d model. • Optimization of the design using computer software. • Compare different designs and choose the optimum. • Consider new materials and components to achieve design goals such as weight reduction, cost saving, etc.. • Solve problems and discuss feedbacks from the production lines.
Techonology EngineerFull Time
- Job Details:• Prepare designs for manufacturing. • Specify Manufacturing processes and sequence. • Design Necessary Jigs and Fixtures for a faster and more accurate rate of production and assembly. • Construct and Revise bill of materials. • Suggest Cost Reduction Measures. • Test New Materials and decide whether they're fit to be used in the process or not. • Aid the design department whenever needed.
