• Job Details:Developing strategies and procedures for efficient SAPOne implementation. - Developing and maintaining the time schedule for the implementation project. - Finalizing and managing the project scope, budget, and deadlines in line with approved plans. - Assigning and managing resources and monitoring project progress. - Performing Business evaluations and analyses. - Ensure business process Excellency. - Lead and/or project manage application enhancement projects. - Analyze systems-business process gaps. - Handle the SAP team and arrange their priorities and tasks. - Monitor Database and SAP Configurations, Solve System and Business issues etc. - Manage All Project Steps ( Analysis, Blueprint, Training, Testing and the Preparation of going live ) - Applied Project Phase one (Inventory, Production, Finance, Purchasing and Land Cost Management) - Prepare Project Phase two ( Human Resource and CRM )
