• Job Details:A leading manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients API’s and intermediates) - Represent Symed in Egypt pharmaceutical market, handle and follow all current business. - Maintain very good rapports with end-customers to identify new potential sales opportunities. - Assist Symed India team to know the industry trends, customer’s feedback, and competitor’s prices. - Analyze and report this data to improve products offering and customer satisfaction. - Provide all required docs for import approval/ registration/ supplier addition; COA, GMP, DML and follow if any document needs to be renewed or revised. - Assist in products registration in local & global markets by following DMF comments from QC/ QA departments to Manufacturer or customers and vice versa. - Revise with customers all pre-shipment docs to ensure smooth clearance (Batch COA/ Invoice/ PL/ AWB or BL / COO/ Labels drafts & HALAL cert or other cert. if needed). - Follow all supply chain process, starting from sourcing, quotations, pricing, issuing PO, logistics work to finalize shipments’ custom clearance, ending with transfer the payment amount and next order time schedule.

Sourcing Foreign purchasing SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:(Trading company supplies pharmaceutical raw materials: API, Non-API & extracts to Egypt market) - Identify business opportunities; search for new customers and enlarge/update GMP& ISO suppliers list. - Evaluate new suppliers based on quality, prices, services, reputation and history in market. - Execute an effective negotiation and communication with suppliers and customers periodically to reach the business targets also to update the pricelists and promote sales for existing & new products. - Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with both suppliers and customers till the shipments delivery. - Contribute and follow supply chain processes from receiving the queries, sourcing, quotations, pricing, registrations, pre-shipment samples, R&D and stability studies, annual plans till purchase orders, shipping and providing docs needed for custom clearance. Including supervision on uploading docs on Nafeza system. Attend industry tenders and exhibitions to gather updated information of the market new customers, products, competitors and regulations.
