Advisory ICT Product & Solution Sales Manager

• Job Details:Master all product related activities of cloud core, IT, app & software network solutions & projects for Sudatel, Zain, MTN, Canar, & Zain South-Sudan accounts. Development of complex solutions for the customer including mobile & fixed voice (SVC), FBB, MBB data core, enterprise communication, IoT solution, NFV, IT DC, CBS, MM. Support all presale activities including quotations, network solution design, dimensioning, highlights proposals, pre-sale testing trials, RFP, RFI, RFQ, SOC, technical clarification/presentation, BOQ discussion & finalization etc. Create, maintain, enhance and enrich relationship with key customer at all levels. Product promotion and brand activities with customer (exhibitions, workshops, summits and product demonstrations). Align with customer’s decision chain, procurement process, understand the existing network, manage and identify network pain points and find leads and opportunities. Quantify, recommend & develop action plans to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy. Work closely with the customer to understand requirements at both group and op-co level. Ability to identify, develop, support and assist the account teams in the closure of business opportunities according to the overall global account strategy. Organize project regular meeting, and output project progress reports. Works with sales and service engineering staff as a partner to successfully rollout products and ensure a great E2E customer experience. Develop business plans, revenue models marketing strategy, and forecasts for cloud core network product lines. Account teamwork: KPI target achievement, manage and follow project process and sign POs. Team management, capability of motivate the team, organized project analysis meeting to control project delivery and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures. Act as a technical consultant at all levels of customer interactions; provide network design & planning proposal in the field of core network. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis. Understand product solution, industry development trend, customer's network environment and deployment plan to design customized solutions and provide product recommendations in order to match customer requirements, solve network problems and ensure customer business success.

Core Network Technical Director & Project Manager

• Job Details:Planning, designing, implementing, commissioning & managing all new projects and expansions related to core network. Core network & FTTH project execution E2E management from project planning, budget, quality point of view. Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations. Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events customer interface and reporting. Manage subcontractors, handle all core network elements issues, supervise & train new staff.

Core Network Engineer

• Job Details:Managed services delivery projects, ensure customer complaints to be handled with utmost care and in timely manner. Procedure and fulfilling all customer queries working on SLA, work order, RFCs & trouble ticket handling environment. Analysis, troubleshooting and fault management of all NGN, CDMA/ GU -CS Sudani/Canar core network elements. Monitoring the performance of the core network in terms of key KPIs on daily/weekly/monthly basis according to predefined thresholds.
