• Job Details:Project Leader, PMO, Ameryah Cement Co., InterCement, Alex, Egypt, (April '13 till Present): - Coal Mills: Control and monitor the progress for mega project 46 M €, follow up mechanical erection works. - Kiln preheater calciner modification: Manage production line modification. - Revamping Bag filters: Manage midway project 2 M €, re-plan pending project schedule, Cost control, negotiating and contracting local contractors to the project, controlling project risks in minimal level, quality control on the supplied equipment, monthly progress reporting (Contractor S-curve), issuing Punch list. - Alternative Fuel Feeding system: Collecting stakeholders’ requirement, preparing Call for Tender, negotiating & evaluating the technical/commercial offers, contract modifications, managing stakeholder engagement for 6 M € project. - Performing feasibility studies for several projects (replacing the existing EP filters by bag filters, Coal feeding system). - Existing Alternative fuel system: studying the availability for increasing system feeding. - Prepare and Review monthly investment reports for management. - Energy Management: Leading Energy Team in order to apply ISO 50001, minimize energy resources. Planning Engineer, Ameryah Cement Co., CIMPOR Group, Alex, Egypt,. (April '09 till April ‘13): - Preventive maintenance: Lead and supervise major shutdown plans & schedules for Kiln shut down. Using SAP ensuring optimum usage of all resources including manpower, time and materials. - Manage maintenance backlog. - Following up all maintenance jobs & assigning the related spare parts & contractor Man power on it. Verify that materials are available at site before the mobilization of people for the concerned activity & monitoring deadlines. - Spare Parts: Following up with the purchasing Dept; studying its related Quotations (technical analysis), provide technical clarifications for Suppliers & manufacturers, performing quality control on the supplied spare parts. - Bill Of Material: Updating the BoM on SAP for production line’s equipment, Keep library updated and ensure equipment documentation is permanently updated “as built”. - Develop the MRP system: Manage / Optimize Spare Parts inventory. - Follow up of Budget/Actual on monthly basis.
