• Job Details:Working as a part of a cross-functional development team, I was in charge of - the designing and implementation process of the control boards, from researching the projects' requirements all the way to prototyping and testing the designs' functionality, - schematic capture, layout, and component creation using Altium Designer, - implementing proper layout techniques for EMI and high-current applications, - developing and validating electronic hardware design for data collection systems, - modifying existing hardware, - working closely with the software team on successful completion of hardware-software integration, - testing the elements individually and in conjunction with other hardware (and sometimes software) systems, - creating project and site budgets, documents, and specifi cations. Achievements: - successfully designed the control units, such as controller boards, CAN-bus HUB, and instruments of the DC–DC converter - rapid, in-house PCB production using a CNC routing machine
