• Job Details:1. Project engineer for UGMOS company at (EZDK, SIDPEC, AMOC, CARGIL, MARINE UNITS, JACKUP barges) sites. Duties and Responsibilities: • Managing a team of up to 500 workers within the site. • Preparing projects execution plan using MS project program. • Performing welding inspection with the NDT methods (VT,PT,UT,MT) for tanks ,pipes ,steel structures according to API 653 ,API 570, ASME codes. • Responsible for painting works and inspection of surface preparation of steel (surface roughness, adhesion test, blasting grade SA 2,2.5, 3) and follow up all relevant painting stages. • Performing Scaffolding activities including (Scaffolding inspection, loads calculations, drawings). • The inspection and QC for coatings (WFT, DFT, salinity test, holiday test, dew point). • Prepare periodical reports for work execution and submit to projects manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis and discuss with client. • Participate in preparing monthly invoices, review and approve Timesheets for manpower. • Close monitoring and reporting of the operational and execution plans, scheduling and costs estimates. • Revision of site needs (abrasives, paints, equipment, etc.…) and arranges for Purchasing Orders requests to purchasing department. • Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively. • Review company contracts and proposals and Participate in Reviewing and updating company quality system according to ISO 9001-2015.
