• Job Details:• Taking responsibly for all the financial activities of the company. • Manage finance team to complete all accounting tasks within deadlines. • Authorize payments, monitor other expenditures, and report major variances. • auditing all accounting activities. • Assess financial reporting systems, accounting, procedures, and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures. • Journal transactions & General Ledger monitoring. • Prepare accounts adjustments & reconciliations. • Responsible for all vendor relations. • Preparing bank facilities requirements. • Responsible for Trial Balance & Balance Sheet. • Bank transfers Approval. • Prepare & transfer all payroll & salaries (out-source & in-house) • Review with vendor their monthly SOA. • Prepare profit and loss monthly statement report. • Responsible for closing reports. • Manage Taxes reports for group companies. • Manage annual closing plan & procedures. • Prepare Annual financial statements. • Make annual tax report. • Prepare annual accounts adjustments & closing entries. • Manage Taxes inspections. • Prepare Any required financial reports from management. • Making budget for forecasting periods.
