• Job Details:* Estimation & QS o Ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit and actively seek to improve processes and procedures. o Review projects budgets & cost estimates through all project phases; concept, schematic & detailed design. o Take responsibility to manage assigned staff members as well as mentorship of staff as needed. o Monitor and evaluate performance of department staff. o Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, through meetings & negotiations. o Build and maintain good client relationships and assist in developing new business opportunities. * Loan Management o Review and approve Project Investment Cost by analyzing all information received regarding to construction, consultancy and contingency costs, and confirm that it is within market norms. o Review, verify, and endorse the expected timeline for the completion of the Project and confirm that the Completion Dates are achievable. o Submit quarterly progress reports on the Project's development to ensure that the Project progress is according to the planned time line & budget. o Advise the Initial mandated Lead Arrangers with any potential cost overrun. o Verify and approve all disbursed amounts paid directly by the Borrower related to the Project. o Review all contracts, contract amendment, contract attachments and agreements up to date to minimize any risks of completion of the project with the help of Contracts Department. o Review the forecast of New Quarter budget. * Procurement o Manage the procurement cycle as part of commercial process. o Review PRs / POs before issuing to clients. o Insure the best technical/financial offers are obtained through negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. o Provide guidance to the client regarding contract preparation, vendor evaluation and negotiation.

Deputy Estimation ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:o Serve as a leader and technical expert in estimating and manage a team of senior estimators. o Lead the preparation of the Basis of Estimates to reflect the requirements of the project. o Preparing Construction Cost Estimate reports at all stages of design from conceptual through schematic & detailed design for industrial, residential & commercial projects. o Advising on procurement strategy and packaging. o Assisting in estimating the cost of variations and the valuation of claims.

Senior Budgeting & Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Participate in project initiation / preparation of initial budgets.  Monitor and control value engineering workshops to update projects budgets.  Issue detailed budget sheet and obtain PM signature for it to be used as a budget control sheet.  Managing pre and post contract commercial aspects including, without limitation, cost estimating, monthly accounts, review of cost and budget forecasts, quantum analysis of claims and variation submissions, and final account settlement.  Managing claims and disputes in compliance with contractual terms and timescales.  Advising project managers on procurement strategy for projects to meet time, quality and cost requirements of the project plan and liaise with other departments to ensure packages are well identified before tenders.  Prepare and review monthly Cost report with the cost engineer for monitoring projects.  Assisting the Finance Department with project planning efforts, budgets, Long Term Planning and monthly reporting cycles to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets are in line with project forecasts.  Review payment certificates in full conformity of stipulated contracts.  Review the Contractor’s approved Works program and associated cash flow and advice the PM of any adjustments necessary to the Project cash flow.  Advise the PM on any issues which may impact on targeted cost outcomes and recommend remedial actions to the PM as appropriate.  Analyzing cost variances, reviewing cost performance data and monitoring actual cost against budget to recommend corrective action and cost recovery strategies & Update the Project cost estimate  Prepare final account after assuring the contractual obligations have been met.  Issuing monthly Bank Loan reports and verify figures with the bank's consultant.  Assist in preparing the company cash flow for the upcoming years by estimating all the upcoming projects budgets in accordance with projects schedule.
