• Job Details:- Distributes the work orders according to the technician’s ability & productivity. - Continuously monitor workloads, priorities & keep the reception informed with the repairs status so that they can make realistic commitments to their customers based on the completion time. - Ensures that all operations on the job card have been carried out fully and in compliance with BMW desired technical standards. - Ensures that time spent for each job operation is kept within the official FRU guidelines. - Record technician’s times for repair operations & monitor efficiency & utilization. - Establish repair times for non-standard operations so that efficiency can be measured. - Convey extra work to the Service Advisor for approval by the customer. - Informing the Service Advisors about the incomplete jobs. - Keep Service Advisor informed of workshop capacity, any occurred defects & lost time. - Ensure proper use of time clock by all productive staff. - Lead, inform and motivate my Technicians. - Provides technical support to the Service Advisors. - Delivers warranty parts after they have been cleaned and clearly tagged. - Testing the cars for found errors to check their performance during & after the repair to be delivered with the lowest probabilities for comebacks.

Maintenance MangerFull Time

• Job Details:i plan for the preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance for factory utilities ,and specify the spare parts required for this maintenance and the tools that used in maintenance and also checking that the maintenance done as recommended , quick diagnosing the breakdowns and make it on service .
