- Job Details:1- Dedicated level 2 Network Engineer supporting Flowserve customer. 2- Working at the operations department acting as a 1st & 2nd level of support for all technical troubleshooting issues related to networks (IPVPN – Routers, switches, and Riverbeds), Internet, Voice, and Security services (VPN, SSL, Firewalls, and z-scaler support). 3- Responsible for handling all customer technical \ non-technical inquiries & complaints related to all the contracted services with Orange. 4- Responsible for referring the customer circuit to the local provider or internally to Orange internal teams and work with them until fixing the issue. 5- Maintain escalations on time and update the customer regularly with the latest updates via mail or phone call.
