• Job Details:Finance manager will report directly to the Managing Director This position will oversee and assist in all aspects of accounting, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, tax, cash flow analysis, audits, and financial reporting and analysis. Finance manager must possess a solid knowledge of accounting and IFRs reporting, pays close attention to detail and can ensure first-class financial management and accounting across company entities 1- Preparing financial analyses and reports. 2- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. 3- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. 4- Ensure the Daily, monthly, and quarterly Bank transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner. 5- Preparing and monitoring budgets. 6- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. 7- annual audit preparations. 8- Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses. 9- General ledger, trial balance preparation. 10- Coordinating accounting functions and programs. 11- Follow up on Accounts receivable and accounts payable. 12- Checking late payments, accounts and sending reminders. 13- Preparing the taxation reports. 14- Preparing the semi-annual & annual closures. 15- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. 16- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

• Job Details:• Management of all financial transactions for general expenses, revenues, contracts, accounts of suppliers or customers • Issue the reports accordingly and submit them to the senior management for decision making • Preparation of all accounting restrictions and adherence to the basis of accounting guidance and review the guidance of accounting entries for all operations of the company in accordance with the principles and rules of sound accounting. • Preparing the periodic financial centers, the balance sheet and the final accounts of the Corporation in accordance with the accounting rules and regulations and the provisions of the approved system of the Corporation on the dates specified for them • Follow the obligations of the institution and its rights to third parties and work to settle them by collecting the receivables or paying the obligations in due time • Preparation of tax returns and response to the observations of the Tax Authority on them in due dates • Monitor and check accounts of debtors and creditors monthly • Make all accounting adjustments before preparing financial statements and final accounts • Examination of the differences in accounts relating to the financial position of the institution to show the liquidity position • Follow up the tasks of requesting bank statements from banks to identify the cash position of the institution and prepare the required settlement notes • Review and match attachments with automatic entries issued on-the-go • Validate all accounting entries • All accounting restrictions should be removed after ensuring their safety • Archive all accounting documents in a timely manner in their own files and arrange them properly and easy to refer to when needed
