With the goal of providing our customers a one-stop solution in terms of Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction.  Assists Range programs and Range Systems personnel in identifying cost elements, estimates, and calculating labor hours.  Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet task schedules using knowledge of capabilities of supervised staff.  Makes appropriate recommendations to management in order to strengthen business controls, improve operations, and/or reduce costs.  Supervises the timely and competent analysis of budgets, cash flow, operating results, and business plans of the project to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc.  Recommends measures to improve processes, employee performance, and quality of service provided to the customer.
