Quality Manager , PCQIFull Time

• Job Details:- Create Integrated quality system from A-Z complying with Iso 22000 , BRC, 360 safe food sys. - I`m PCQI in my organization and complying our system with FSMA . - Ensure implementation of Kenzy Group QMS and FSMS and Kenzy Group standards. - Quality coordinator responsible for handling of quality and food safety issues at Kenzy Group.- - Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 22000:2005 and ISO OHSAS 18001 with no minor NCR raised during annual surveillance. - Analyze quality trends of the entire supply chain scope using quality management tools and recommends corrective actions or improvement programs for defect reductions, and coordinates these programs for implementation. - Set & drive sanitation programs & sanitary design policies. - Receive complaints reports, follow up investigation processes, and take the appropriate corrective/preventive actions needed after discussing it in the complaint meeting with stakeholders. - Track suppliers approval/qualification process take the appropriate actions in case of any poor quality performance and do an announced/non announced audits on suppliers to ensure their compliance to Kenzy Group and Kenzy Group QMS and FSMS and do the proper CAPA if needed.

• Job Details:- Ensure implementation of UFI & UCI Group QMS and FSMS and UFI & UCI Group standards. - Quality coordinator responsible for handling of quality and food safety issues at UFI & UCI Group. - Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 22000:2005 and OHSAS 18001 with no minor NCR raised during annual surveillance. - Analyze quality trends of the entire supply chain scope using quality management tools and recommends corrective actions or improvement programs for defect reductions, and coordinates these programs for implementation. - Drive HACCP systems & teams, Zoning System, Pathogen environmental monitoring (PEM), Pest Control, Calibration, and Prerequisite programs. - Set & drive sanitation programs & sanitary design policies. - Plan, prepare, execute, manage, report, and follow up the company audit program for all implemented systems within the integrated management system. - Prepare and analyze information for the purpose of management review. - Receive complaints reports, follow up investigation processes, and take the appropriate corrective/preventive actions needed after discussing it in the complaint meeting with stakeholders. - Track suppliers approval/qualification process take the appropriate actions in case of any poor quality performance and do an announced/non announced audits on suppliers to ensure their compliance to UFI & UCI Group and UFI & UCI Group QMS and FSMS and do the proper CAPA if needed.
