• Job Details:I served as a leader of ten soldiers in the information systems lab of the Armed Forces. My main responsibility was to oversee the archiving of all files related to the Armed Forces Operations Authority. I was responsible for sorting cataloguing digitizing and preserving the documents as well as ensuring their security and accessibility I also requested access to the files I gained valuable skills in archival management military history and information technology I was honoured to contribute to the preservation of the nation's military heritage and to prepare for the move to the new administrative capital Some of my achievements during this period include: • Developing and implementing a standard operating procedure for the microfilm process, ensuring quality and efficiency. • Training and supervising the soldiers under my command, fostering teamwork and discipline. • Coordinating with other units and departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the archived files. • Managing the inventory and maintenance of the microfilm equipment and materials, preventing any delays or disruptions. • Solving any problems or issues that arose during the archiving process, using my leadership and problem-solving skills. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills and knowledge in microfilm technology, archiving, leadership, communication, and organization. I also learned how to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I am proud of my contribution to the preservation of military history and the smooth transition to the new capital.
