• Job Details:- Coordinates the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives through forming and monitoring project teams, ensure project is delivering as per the project plan and trains the stuff to ensure continuity - Coordinates planning of improvement initiatives and development projects across all manufacturing functions to ensure full alignment and resources'​ optimization - Coordinates the multi-function meeting to review and follow up the KPIs'​ as well as monitors and analyzes the site KPIs'​ and give recommendation to achieve targets - Excutes and/or follow up execution of the improvement plans to optimize the processes and/or systems to reach desired efficiency - Partners with the sire heads to achieve site targets as defined in manufacturing maturity profiles and individual's operating plans - Ensure the continuous induction of moral and motivation initiatives to ensure high productive, motivated and integrated manufacturing team - Act as a change agent for new initiatives ensuring smooth transition and effective communication and awareness across all levels of sire manpower - Develops and delivers status report to management pointing out the initiatives, activities, progress, problems and corrective actions - Provides recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities in the overall manufacturing arena
