• Job Details:-Items in stores contain: (charge cards, Mobile Devices, gifts, mobile lines, assets) -Monitoring main warehouse in assiut and branches stores in upper Egypt. -Coordinate with with shipping companies in the purchases request and receive goods -Continue to receive the goods in warehouses and arrange them in the right place. -Control the movement of the stock by reviewing the registration of the purchase and sales invoices,checks,bills collection of agents and the method of recording on oracle. - Review bills of exchange goods from the stores with sales distributors bills. -Follow-up balances items in the branch stores and supply inventory of items missing in stores. -Control retaurns from stores branches to store the main and make sure recorded on oracle. -Monitor the implementation of safety and security measures for the stores and their employees. -The work of inventory League and inventory sudden on stores comapny -Send reports daily the main store and stores branches to managers in order to be put guidance appropriate to upper Egypt stores.

Accountant and coordinator W.H Full Time

• Job Details:-Action plan for the store on his way to save the preservation of goods damaged and expired . -Action request purchases from the main store to store branch and find out astorage space in the warehouse. -Review stock movement and operation of the program . -Cash receive from sales representive and Deposited in abank account in the company. -Sales invoices work on aprogram of Oracle and review the balance of the store with the store keeper. -Preparation of monthly staff payroll and areview revealed company’s account in the bank last month . -Send adaily report on the stock movement and the movement of cash in the branch . -The work of inventory League and inventory sudden on stores comapny
