• Job Details:• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents • General accounts receivable activities. • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents • Record all cheques & bank deposits and cash payments • Follow-up calls to customers with past due balances.Process and applying daily cash receipts. • Canceling Invoices (Return Orders) . • Issuing Customer Debit and Credit Notes . • Calculating Freight Discount & Review Freight Register. • Handle the customer order with available credit limit . • Develop the sales within the list/market segment, promote new solutions & new products to the related customers • Have responsibilities in supply chain Department As a Distribution Officer.
