• Job Details:- Head of routing and switching across five team members. - Managing Nexus 7K-5K-2K and Expert in Data Center Technologies such as vPC, VDC, VSS, STP. - Monitor & Analyze Network Performance to detect problems and find ways to improve the Network. - Performs analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems in the Data Center Environment. - Responsible for reviewing configuration of all network devices and whole devices back-up. - Responsible for whole network devices and communication lines at Bank DR data center. - Involved in various POC to test drive new Products-Technologies that would Value add to our Data Center Operations. - Cooperation with IT Security team to implement new firewalls and other security devices according to best practice implantation. - Managing and Configuring Internet routers juniper (SRX550) and Barracuda load balancer. - Designed and Implemented various Routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP across networks in multiple locations. - Implemented various protocols that helping in improving the network operations such as Kron policy - flexible NetFlow - PBR - SysLog. - Configuring and Maintaining the AAA (Authentication Authorization, and Accounting). - Implementing security policies using ACL, Firewall, IPSEC, SSL, VPN, IPS-IDS, AAA(TACACS+ & RADIUS). - Installing and working on Cisco routers 800 - 1700- 1800 - 1900 - 2600 - 2800 - 3600 - 3800 - 4300 series. - Installing and working on Cisco switches C2950 - C2960 - C3560 - C3750 - ME3400 - C6500 series. - Configuring VLANs - STP - Ether channel. - Configuring VPNs – GRE - IPsec - DMVPN - SSL. - Administrator and working on HP Network Node Manager (NNM),Network Node Administration (NA) and Service manager (SM). - Managing and Configuring Cisco ACS and merging with Active Directory (AD). - Good Knowledge with VoIP, and working on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 9.5 - Configuring Cisco IP phones and extensions.

• Job Details:1. Solving physical and logical problems of the internet service and making configuration for all types of ADSL Routers. 2. Responsible of creating technical tickets for customer’s problems and handling orders 3. Solving Wireless Problems. 4. Rapidly responding to the customer and assisting the customer with installation and basic questions. 5. Providing the customer with knowledge about ADSL service, escalating issues to second level support. 6. Following customer problems and achieving customer satisfaction. 7. Increasing businesses diversify and products, and having the ability to receive and handling the complaints and providing technical support to the customers.
