• Job Details:WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR: Primary focus on First Mile Shipping, Last mile shipping, Procurement, Linehaul Operations, P&L. Working closely with 3PL account management team to forecast lane-wise/courier wise volumes based on overall sales inputs. Identification of cost leakages in Supply Chain and working with different teams. Publishing of various daily and weekly metrics, representing the performance of line-haul transportation in the supply chain operations. Supporting a network of vendors, warehouses, carriers and hubs to ensure smooth logistics. Salient analysis to enhance the day to-day warehouse order execution faster. Formulating Strategy for Metro based customers to get their items in much faster. Policy/Contractual changes regarding ageing. Setup the processes with the aim of a scalable operations, management of peak sale days, providing visibility to all stakeholders and reducing cost. Worked with technology team to make the complete process shift from manual to an automated processing of an order in warehouse. Responsible for end to end solution of supply chain. It includes negotiating of freight charges with courier, sourcing & management of packing material. Successfully implemented improvements in pre-shipping supply chain processes. Take on regular Audit on Processes, Documentation, etc. & close all the deviations Aligning process and policies for plugging the gaps & drive the Business. LOGISTICS COORDINATOR: Selection process and finalizing the 3PL service Provider Preparing daily MIS reports, daily dispatches to the stores, and damages due to handling and in-transit damages reports. Enable Route planning & transportation planning for the vehicle requirement for the load plan according to the orders for the day. Co-ordinating with Category heads & customer service team. Order verification. Effective co-ordination with clients & internal teams to ensure best and error free delivery within minimum turnaround time. Manage Dispatch Data for Delivery etc. Sending Day wise pendency (MIS) to all vendors across India. Manage all the Data of Order/ for online shopping. Ensured smooth deliveries through liaison with vendors and courier agencies for special cases wherein courier denied that we haven’t received the product.
