• Job Details:- Responsible for the implementation of plans and programs of the Executive own stores, which serve in the end to achieve the main objectives of the company - Implementation of bills of exchange and Flashback and Addition - Responsible for organizing the storage units and shelves and the safety of stocks in accordance with the instructions Storage - Supervision of the workers during operations in addition stocks and arranged and organized properly and in accordance with the instructions - Raise a weekly report to the Director of warehouses and control material to demonstrate the movement of inventory and materials - Responsible for the follow-up of secondary materials and work required for the purchase of the shortcomings requests - Responsible for the follow-up buying and dealing with supplier's commands in some materials - Responsible for follow-up with the financial management in order to rid the suppliers' bills. - Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods - Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance - Organize and maintain inventory and storage area - Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy - Communicate job expectations and coach employees - Determine staffing levels and assign workload - Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems - Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status - Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices - Confer and coordinate activities with other departments. - Controlling materials with all Stores and Projects.

Project AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Recording all daily GL transactions, vendor payments, customer collections. - Recording purchases & sales invoices follow with suppliers & customers. - Prepare Trial balance, Income Statement & Balance sheet. - Following all requests of project and implement it directly.
