• Job Details:Issuing Proforma invoices and order confirmation Issuing commercial invoice Issuing B/L printed Issuing advice of shipment Following up the forwarder to receive B/L Issuing certificate of origin Revising bank guarantee and letter of credit Receive Herbs Samples, keep record of them and send them to government lab for testing Prepare and send Inspection Declaration and follow up till the reception of the Inspection Letter within time to prepare for issuing the Phytosanitary Coordinate with Customs Clearance agents to book a Trailer to bring the Container to the factory to load goods and return to the port to load on the vessel Prepare and send Final Shipping details to the Shipping Company Prepare all the shipping docs. of each new shipment such as Invoices & Packing Lists Coordinate and work with the Customs Clearance agent to issue required documentations such as Phytosanitary and Certificate of Origin on time Revise all the shipping documents set before sending to the Client Prepare and audit export documentation for vessel shipments and settlements Ensure timely processing of export shipments Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third party industry providers Create loading instructions for loading elevators Dealing with Banks for the Export documents related issues, payments issues, handling Exchange control requirements etc Make Weekly Reports to mangers Make market search to look for new customers Created documents of load plans, cargo cleanliness inspections and transportation processes
