• Job Details:-Responsible for the fabrication and Erection of Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel nace piping for Low Far Heavy Oil in KOC Project. -Responsible for the fabrication of spools with the help of bend saw and plasma cutting machine and automatic welding machines. -Execution and monitoring of weld visual and radiography test of spools and responsible for spool release note and reconciliation of materials like Plates, Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Gaskets, and Stud Bolts etc. -Visual inspection & Hydro-testing. (Punch list & Clearance, test pack preparation, Tie in Joint Final Box up). -Making execution plan of job and do all activities to achieve the targets if fails to achieve then conclude the reason behind and solve the same. -Monitoring installation and testing of pipe work, valves, and other piping items. Review hydro test package, carry out inspection of the lines prior to testing -Conducting inspection of Plates, Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Gaskets, and Stud Bolts at stockiest end as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client’s Specifications.
