• Job Details:• Improve the security of company’s buildings and facilities by selecting and deploying surveillance/security equipment such as video cameras (CCTV), alarm systems, and access control • Identify weak points/security issues by reviewing and analyzing investigations results, exception reports, and monthly operational/financial audits • Conduct spot check audit investigations and data analysis related to theft, malpractice, inventory shrinkage, or other incidents and recommend appropriate action • Train employees on general security measures and provide technical training and assessment on various topics including business ethics, workplace violence, security systems and inventory control • Assess fire risk across service centers, offices, warehouses and ensure that precautions are in place, and that fire evacuation routines are established and regularly rehearsed • Prevent the company from losses by developing Loss Prevention techniques and ensuring their proper implementation • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Loss Prevention processes which • Include shrinkage control, cycle count analysis, action plans design per store and other • Conduct investigations after accident occurrence and handle related reporting and corrective follow up • Develop specifications and make recommendations for the purchase of new or improved safety systems and equipment • Monitor compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and standards, and the • implementation of accidents prevention techniques • Conduct daily weekly, monthly, and random store audits including safety inspections, as well as • communicate Loss Prevention and security reports/results to Management • Analyze departmental accident frequency and severity rates, and prepare periodic status reports and cost analysis on Loss Prevention programs • Verify the correction of unsafe conditions and monitor disciplinary actions which result from safety programs
