Warehouse Assistant ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:POSITION OBJECTIVE; -Coordinate of receiving, processing, storage, data maintenance, reporting and dispatches, transportation planning and execution. Roles & Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. • Ensure compliance to all statutory norms regarding warehouse operation. • Coordinate the receiving, unloading and assembling of inbound stock. • Ensure quality are Achieved. • Ensure all pre-retailing activities like bar-coding, sorting, stacking, hungering, security tagging, etc and storage of goods and maintain safety measures to preserve goods. • Ensure sampling/First issue/Pull Outs/Store Replenishment/Picking activates. • Auditing all Transcation Documentation ( Receiving –Return – Dispatch ……etc ) • Coordinate loading, dispatching and delivery of stock from warehouse to the stores. • Ensure timely delivery of merchandise from the warehouse to the stores. • Maintain stock of inventory at the warehouse. • Maintain proper documentation with respect to imports, Export shipments, stock registers. • Forward goods Transfer Memo to warehouse system dept. • Arrange for barcodes, packing list for processing import shipments. • Coordinate, Allocate redistribution, Pull out activates for warehouse storage stock. • Coordinate stock take activates and maintain stock report of goods in warehouses. • Handel daily work allocation of warehouse operating personnel – team leaders, forklift operators, helpers. • Control Warehouse Attendance Register. • Job Details:-As Responsible for Following Compliance Assurance Process on critical activities, KPIs To Check SOP, Planning out all warehouse resources, activities in relation to companies objectives, targets. Also keeping track of stock using WMS, allocating space for storing stock, organizing special requirements for stock. Managerial, Safety Management, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Organization, Managing all processes and functions within warehouse. Coordinating racking and storing. -Maintaining high standards of materials handling, Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability, Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, Using automated computer systems to monitor stock control. Implementing new projects. -Producing incident and performance reports for senior managers. Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time. Scheduling work, Rota to meet fluctuations in staffing levels, workloads. Leading, motivating, training and developing staff. Visiting clients to monitor the quality of service they are receiving, updating, maintaining computerized, paper based administrative records. -Responsible for the disciplinary, grievance procedures, Working with team leaders to review procedures, maximize customer satisfaction, Making daily check for staff attendance (matching it with machine punch), Check received shipments quantities/documents, Check security team activities by monitoring/making randomly real tests, Check fire systems.
