• Job Details:-Responsible for bank accounts, money transfers, time deposits, payment order, Payroll, LC . -Issuing special requests exchange for cash and checks. -Follow-up vendor accounts and issuing checks owed to them. -Follow-up accounts suppliers and the preparation of reconciliations restrictions. -Prepare the bank reconciliation. -Recording and analysis of daily and monthly treasury (expenses &revenues) -Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and transfer -Follows up, collection and allocation of payments, through collected cheques and transfers and prepare entries to general ledger accounts -Closely monitor and report on distributors’ profitability through timely issued periodical reports -Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or in person
