• Job Details:Client: (HAP) HASSAN ALLAM PROPERTIES, HAPTOWN, New Cairo, Egypt. - Reviewing the Q.S Submittals for sub-contractors running invoices. - Reviewing final actual closing BOQ of the projects and calculating quantities of as built drawings. - Revise Submitted invoices from suppliers based on delivery notes & Actual progress approved by site team to be sent to finance department to proceed in payment process. - Revise all sub-contractors agreement to be complying with the budgets & time schedules. - High Light Critical issues in any phase. - Creating variations and change orders due to any site conditions to be calculated taking into consideration cost and time impact to be reflected on the project budget and schedule. - Ensure that any deviation in any item in budget should be attached with uplift form if Actual cost is more than Budget only.
