- Job Details:● Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and keeping informed of advancements in the field. ● Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. ● Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. ● Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning. ● Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates. ● Evaluating applications, screening candidates via calls, and facilitating pre-interview assessments. ● Manage the whole recruitment and selection process and run interviews till hiring. ● Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites" LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, print media, posters, and flyers, when required. ● Provide regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process to ensure that the organization is well informed about the status and effectiveness of the recruitment efforts. ● Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. ● Liaising with internal departments "Engineering, Software and Finance" to determine recruitment needs. ● Collect and manage employees’ payroll data and prepare monthly payroll sheets according to the country's related laws. ● Prepare payroll reports monthly and report them to the supervisor and the payroll and personnel manager. ● Liaise with staff and management on payroll-related queries. ● Maintain leave, sickness, and overtime reports. ● Calculate and process payments. ● Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations ...etc.) ● Create deals with medical insurance companies and add new employees to the medical insurance. ● Manage and update the employees’ files. ● Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment to the policies.

- Job Details:● Track open positions’ progress from start to hire. ● Follow up with hiring managers to provide candidates continuously to ensure timely and appropriate hiring. ● Handle recruitment processes: (posting vacancies, employee referrals, internal candidates, recruiting agencies, screening and interviewing, selection activities and issuing offer letters for new hires, exit interviews to identify reasons for turnover, etc.). ● Sourcing and recruiting with technologies like. ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, Java, JS/Angular, Node JS, React, PHP, Business Analysis, QC, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, DevOps Engineers. ● Using the most efficient sourcing methods to recruit candidates for assigned positions and achieve the recruitment plan on time. ● Perform phone interviews to ensure the eligibility of candidates and schedule interviews. ● Creating a monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring plan report and recruitment report for all processes ● Building a database of potential candidates for a future job opening ● Ensure newly hired employees’ paperwork is completed and processed. ● Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensation. ● Facilitate and smooth new employees’ onboarding. ● Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the completion of employees' credentials and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system. ● Monitor employees’ attendance and vacations. ● Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities, including the Labor Office and Insurance Authority to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company. ● Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system, accomplishing required documents, and making financial settlements and papers to ensure an updated and accurate employee database. ● Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract… etc..) employees. ● Prepare memos to release salaries and payments for current and resigned staff. ● Analyze and compile HR data into reports and presentations as needed. ● Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. ● Manage the administrative activities of the employee life cycle.
