  • Job Details:- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct. - Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy. - Reconciling accounts with general ledger. - With appropriate supporting documentation, prepare general ledger journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation and accrual. - Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes by recording accrual and reclass...etc. - Assisting in Tax inspection for serveral accounting prior periods (one-time task) - Assisting in applying "IFRS Lease 16" standard - Assisting in preparing CAPEX report . - Preparing Intercompany Debit note for around 7 subsidiaries - Monitoring actual expenses against budget ( monthly basis ) - Reconciling intercompany accounts - Assemble , review ,and verify vendors' invoices . - Recording the invoices in Oracle Net Suite after ensuring the Purchase Order matches the invoice . - Checking the bank statement to verify vendors' payments , and performing vendors' payment on ERP system for settling A\P aging. - Conducting settlement for Credit Cards' transactions , and reconciling CC monthly statements . - Conducting monthly bank reconciliation
