• Job Details:*Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans and operation for Utilities Machines(Air Compressors, Pumps, Chillers, Nitrogen Generator, Hydrogen Generator, Heavy equipment, Schimpke refrigeration unit , A/C). *Selection of Air Compressors and Chillers. *Ensuring minimizing the breakdowns by minimizing the response time and reaching the optimum solution in minimum time. *Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions. *supervise maintenance work. *Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables *Daily interaction with the operations manager as a direct manager. *Daily interaction with the maintenance technicians to coordinate the execution of the maintenance plan. *Responsible for the maintenance and operation of supply water network and sewage network. *Equipment suppliers and external maintenance suppliers contact. *Responsible for training a group of technicians.
