• Job Details:MV & LV Service Engineer at Smart Group (ABB Panel Builder) • Supervising all types of maintenance work (preventive and emergency). • Execute on-site activities (installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance, extensions etc.). • Prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities. • Troubleshoots simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. • Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.

Quality Control & After sales EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:QC Engineer: • Lead quality staff engaged in Process and final inspection activities. • Provide quality staff with technical expertise and instructions. • Using systematic approach to lead daily and tier management for quality. • Managing the testing process (internal testing, FAT with customers) • Ensure that all products are produced according to their related specs. • Follow up and supervise all inspection activities. • Guiding the improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction. • Issue the documentation (work instructions, inspection instructions, NCR, etc.) related to the in- process products. After Sales Engineer: • Manage assigned group to complete on-site maintenance services. • Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and tooling activities to rectify breakdowns and minimize business disruptions. • Prioritize maintenance and repair of equipment to reduce impacts on manufacturing. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through product/process performance metrics.
