• Job Details:Follow-up and accounting of transportation companies. Work to fully review the receipts of shipping companies. Create invoices to shipping companies. Follow up on invoices and ensure they are paid to avoid goods receipt/invoice receipt imbalance. Collaborate with multifunctional team (tax, purchasing, operation, treasury) to standardize invoice template. Work closely with central finance center globally to solve any issues related to GR/IR and parked blocked invoices. Processing accruals entries on SAP. Mentor paper & electronic invoices and check requests for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to company policy. Monitor GRIR imbalances report. Reconcile vendor statements monthly. Resolving vendor payment issues. Handling logistics transportation charges.
