• Job Details:Manage all the daily operations works for all hypers. Manage all the daily operations works for the two main hubs. Manage all the stock level for whole the company. Manage and control all the staff in the operations department. Hire and train the new employees at the operations department, and I am responsible for manage the training center for the operations. Manage all the new hypers opening and the opening team. Manage all the P&L management report for the operation department. Manage and change all the hypers layout to be matched with the market. Manage all the transactions between the two main hubs and all the hypers. Manage and monitor all the operation department staff KPIs. Manage and control all the operation department expenses and responsible for reducing it.

Head of Operations & Expansion

• Job Details:Manage stores daily operations e2e ensuring all processes and SOPs are being adhered to by store staff. Opening new dark stores based on business needs. Ensure inventory management SOPs in terms of stock-in, stock-out, expiry checks, quality checks, and waste reduction is being applied. Monitor, manage and improve stores performance. Manage stores' staff staffing, scheduling, attendance, productivity. Facility and assets management. Monitoring financial and operational performance of each store and initiating required actions for improvement. Responsible for store staff training and development.

Sales Operations Manager

• Job Details:Managed a team of district managers, store managers, and assistants. Managed the communications between the sales and other departments. Responsible for opening new stores and hiring new direct store managers and assistants.
