• Job Details:Oversee and optimize warehouse operations across multiple business lines and production areas. Lead and evaluate team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and operational standards. Conduct regular warehouse audits, analyzing discrepancies and reporting findings. Liaise with suppliers for efficient material receipt and resolution of issues. Represent the team in audits, manage corrective actions, and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Drive warehouse space optimization and monitor capacity usage for efficiency. Provide training to storekeepers on inventory handling, packing, and production line feeding. Ensure compliance with scrap management processes and monitor storage conditions. Coordinate with maintenance for the timely resolution of work orders and operational tool availability. Monitor stock levels, line feeding operations, and address discrepancies. Lead cross-functional meetings, reporting on team progress and resolving operational issues.

WH & Material Control SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:•Maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. •Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for replenishment as necessary. •Coordinating with the planning department the MPS process weekly to ensure the required materials. •Monitoring the incoming materials and ensuring that incoming areas are always clear and updated. •Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory records. •Developing, implementing, and measuring warehouse procedures and practices. •Conducting regular inventory audits and stocktaking activities seasonal and annual. •Analyzing supply chain data to maintain the lowest possible of stock and ensure uninterrupted availability. •Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory, and end-of-life materials. •Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock. •Handle and finalize any task requested by the direct manager related to core role of material controlling. •Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments. •Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates. •Follow up with operations team to handle all orders successfully & resolve all cases on time. •Submitting and discuss the PDRs of warehouse keepers to direct manager.
