• Job Details:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, including customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities. - Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily. - Update the production plan daily to Meet customer’s expectations and demands (B2C-B2B-ONLINE). - Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding throughput of stock to ensure production targets are met. - Ensuring that safety protocols are always being followed in the workplace. - Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues, and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity. - Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards. requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements. - Providing training to the new employees. - Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards. - Establish the ISO 22000 system for all production and maintenance operations. - Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure plant equipment is in good working condition - Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. - Monitor raw materials and finish product inventories to ensure adequate supplies for production. 2 - Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and excess stock. - Meeting with suppliers to discuss production requirements and delivery schedules. - Monitor and control operational cost to ensure plant operates within budget. - Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. - Attend many exhibitions inside and outside Saudi Arabia to discover the latest technology of packaging machines. - Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization. - Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement projects using Lean manufacturing tools. - Teaching, leading, and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean manufacturing methodology.

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Ensure implementation of established effective and economical operating methods and techniques and identify new technological changes in the field business which can be implemented to advance the operating methods and techniques. • Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labors and capital resources to maximize productivity. • Analyse production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and food safety ISO 22000 system. • Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in supply and logistics, or sales) to understand their current future process activities. • Drive performance against relevant department KPI’s. Act as a leader and trainer on Safety and Quality matters. • Co-ordinate and control necessary relation with government officials necessary for the accomplishment of the function. • Ensure and direct implementation of efficient and effective maintenance methods and techniques. • Confirm and approve all purchase requisitions initiated by production engineers before submission to CEO for action. • Maximizing production capacity for the production lines.

• Job Details:• Using karcher machine to clean coating pans instead of manual cleaning which save 60000 L.E ANNUALLY. • Ensure the delivery of the committed volumes from the area with 100% conformance on all inputs in line with quality system. • Start Operate-Maintain project for all operators of BOSCH ball forming machines. • Collaborate with other team leaders like safety, quality and supply chain to deliver the overall line KPIs. • Handle the embedded operational system like 5S, planned maintenance (PM)...etc. in my area in order to minimize break downs of plant and machinery downtimes. • Ensure budgeted efficiencies and cost reduction targets in terms of consumables, standard process cycle times, cost of labor and wastages. • Coach and lead all Manufacturing employees to area performance in mixing, forming and coating area. • Act as operational representative for project and activities in my area in order to ensure that effective communication. • Responsible for continuous improvement projects related to operations. • Represent all monthly KPI`s in monthly steering meeting. • Ensure that the plant area adheres to GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards including safety drills and appropriate treatment, management and disposal of effluent • Train and develop Production Executives and Operators for improved performance and for succession by activating an agreed upon work force career plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
