• Job Details: Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions and benefits programs to the employees .  Develop benefits information and statistical and census data for actuaries, insurance carriers and management.  Prepare and implement the annual gathering roadshow event for all the company`s employees to create a memorable day .  Prepare and implement Iftar ramadan event and make it remarkable and memorable gathering .  Implement controls over the eligibility and provision of benefit plans to assure proper operational procedures as well as an effective and timely process flow.
