• Job Details:• Working as production Planning and control engineer ( PPCE) under the leadership of PPC Manager of Zamil Steel Egypt .in a team of three PPC Engineers • My main scope is • Control the ordering of Zamil Steel all required Material and paint systems for the next three months for all production processes • Issued purchasing requests for special materials and paints • Review of all predictive projects design for the next few months before Clear it to production • Advice about scrap ratio and raw material availability • Advice about, manufacturing capability and our machining limitations, • Advice about predictive project estimate time and cost • Responsible for training new crew of engineers and students and special visitors guidance across the facility

production engineer and shift leaderFull Time

• Job Details:• Working as a production engineer and shift leader for a team consists of 50 workers, 20 operators,3 leadman at the preparation area at Zamil Steel Egypt factory • Main responsibilities • Managing the whole production process at the preparation area including three main small areas automatic BUS area, accessories area, and manual BUS area • Making sure that the production schedule is going as it’s supposed to be • Calculating the required material for every project and how to minimize scrap ratio • Segregate project into small groups of similar items according to design and push them together into the production stream to speed up the process • Manage operations and relationships between the preparation area and other factory's areas to eliminate any production delay and to eliminate any waiting time between different production areas • Eliminate any type of waste during our process
