• Job Details:Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.  Monitor the day-to-day Accounting operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.  Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.  Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.  Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.  Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.  Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.  Establish annual budget, forecasting activities and variance analysis.  Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.  Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a accurate manner.  Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.  Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.  Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.  Provide training to new and existing accounting staff as needed

• Job Details:Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.  Ensure files and documentation to be completely and exactly made, complying with policy of the company and accepted practices on accounting.  Conduct internal audit of contracts, requisition order, purchase orders, vouchers & prepare reports to substantiate individual transaction settlement  Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.  Supports the preparation of year-end audit files and analysis.  Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary  Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team  Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
