Cost Management Accountant

• Job Details:Collect data, participate in preparing the planning budgets for the activity, compares them with the actual results. Update and maintain standard cost to BOM version of raw material on ERP (SAP) and review unit of measure for each item. Develop standards cost for labor & overhead based on run rate (labor hour - machine hour). Analysis change in (ISP) from budget to actual as (FOB) prices, exchange rate, percentage of logistic and change in expenses. Prepare the necessary reports for the activity to support decision-making related to costs and participates in the analysis of financial indicators for all cost items related to the activity. Prepared and updated monthly expenses reports to reflect PSI changes. Perform analysis on product cost, variance, labor & productivity efficiencies, inventory & (COGS) while providing recommendations to management highlighting improvement opportunities and/or risks. Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of manufacturing variances and actual expense reverse budget. Recording monthly journal entries for utilities expenses on ERP (SAP). Follow up the implementation of improvement projects in activity in order to know the developments and the financial impact on the cost. Review and approve the activity's supply orders on ERP (SAP) to achieve the objectives required for the supply process. Monitor inventory and present reports with the aim of supporting appropriate decision-making. Work with planning department to conduct physical inventory audits for the quarter-end and year-end physical inventory.
