Electrical automation and Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Job Purpose: Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment component and installations and ensure the equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities. Roles & Responsibilities ● Preparing and updating the maintenance plan, schedules, and plan resources. ● Develop operation & maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. ● Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. ● Monitor and control spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary ● Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. ● Perform all SCADA PLC’s troubleshooting for production lines. ● Programming different types of AC / DC motor drives (Schneider – ABB – power Flex – LS). ● Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. ● Preparing the design for the new electrical parts and Participate in planning and preparation for projects. ● Perform fault analysis and check the reasons for the faults. ● Keep maintenance logs and report on a daily, weekly, and Monthly basis and Reports to Maintenance Manger the actual status of assets failures, action taken including reliability and failure rate for each asset/subsystem on a regular basis ● Monitor and schedule the attendance, performance, and condition of team members. ● Evaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments, providing technical support. ● Experience with the Maintenance management system CMMS ( ERP ) ● Aware of different electrical instrumentation’s devices. ● Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.
