• Job Details:∗ Increasing performance by 10% and availability by 5% through OEE project for drum M/Cs. ∗ Reducing scrap from 3% to 2.6% as outcome of LSSGB project. ∗Leading Total 198 Headcount during the shift. ∗Develops and implements production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. ∗ Revise SOP for product and machine. ∗ Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol and revise Safety for Worker. ∗ Work in a project for production procedures to reduce cost and time of different process. ∗ Responsible for the proper upkeep of all records as per ISO procedures. ∗ Coordinate with planning, procurement and marketing department for the effective execution of jobs and ensure timely completion of jobs as planned.
