• Job Details:Experienced QA/QC Civil & UG and Steel Structure Inspector with a proven track record of success in the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex (AHC) at Technip Energies. Skilled in coordinating and overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. Adept at arranging site inspections, maintaining document control systems. A valuable member of internal audit teams, Key Responsibilities: -effective in problem-solving with particular emphasis -Supervision of site investigations and testing methods -Dealing with contractors and consultants. Develop Scope of Works for geotechnical investigations Geohazard identification, assessment, and recommendations - Analysis of geotechnical solutions, including reclamations, ground improvement, earthworks, slope stabilization, retaining walls, shallow and deep foundations, and pavements, among other geotechnical matters of geotechnical factual and interpretative reports as well as other design documents (drawings, specifications, method statements) related to the geotechnical discipline. -Use of associated geotechnical software will be advantageous. • Job Details:Responsible for inspection and quality management at the site for Civil & UG /building /steel structure at revamping units Brownfield also Greenfield. (MIDOR Refinery Expansion Project) • Manage, lead & In charge of the construction civil Scope including UG / AG, Buildings & Structural activities. • Responsible for inspection of all civil activities including mega-foundations for rotating and static equipment, deep pits, compressor, check welding of steel structure foundations & Shelters, UG facilities & monitoring of all the related civil inspections & tests. • Responsible for inspection of pipeline activities starting from the excavation till finish construction activities and handing over. • Coordinate with subcontractors to prepare all QC Forms and procedures & MS • Lead the handing over of the process to the company, starting from the MC walkthrough with the client, open, and Closing punch points & preparation of the RFC. • Ensure all HSE requirements for construction activities were followed, including PTW procedures • professional user with Easy plant / TechniPlanet / EVMS / Easy plant 3D / Easy Structure
