• Job Details:• Institute an effective critical equipment list to identify the business financial and safety impacts. • Perform the analysis and identify the production lines’ current efficiencies vs. theoretical. • Form the maintenance strategy to increase the production lines’ efficiencies to deliver the Annual operating plan (AOP). • Construct a spare part warehouse through identifying the vendors, spare parts criticality, and quantities. • Institute a trouble shooting documentary to minimize the down time. • Engage with HR team to identify the maintenance crew’s criteria, count, and work hours pattern. • Supervising the Installation and Operation Qualification for SAINOBAKE Baked POTATO Line.

• Job Details:- Perform the analysis and identify the maintenance function priorities and goals to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Manufacturing Overhead (MOH). - Communicate with foreign suppliers and manufacturer for necessary interventions to sustain the equipment at the ideal operational parameter. - Upgrade and Scheduling the preventive maintenance - Institute an effective preventive maintenance program to ensure efficient production operation within cost targets. - Consult with the production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs. - Orient and manage the technical team to improving the integrity of production and quality systems via implementing the TPM pillars - Ensure that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions - Ensure the existence of safe operating conditions throughout the facilities.
