• Job Details:Lead consultant for the implementation of a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP project for Rana Motors in Ghana. Worked on additional ERP implementation projects for Hyde Park, Redcon Properties, Widam, ADMC, and Abdul Latif Jameel for heavy equipment (ALJS). Managed key project phases including requirement gathering, UAT sessions, end-user training, and system testing. Worked on custom-coded solutions delivered as ERP products to clients, built around Oracle Fusion modules. Provided application support, user documentation, and functional analysis for post-implementation support. Delivered on-site client training and coordinated directly with stakeholders for UAT approvals. Participated in internal testing and documentation of product solutions developed by the company.
