• Job Details:Preparing Project Master,Detailed Baselines (Time, Resources, and Cost).  Preparing Project Targets on Monthly & Weekly basis.  Preparing monthly and weekly progress reports. 4D&5D Navisworks Modeling.  Updating, monitoring & controlling site status as per schedule  Creating revised baseline schedule with time extension claim.  Coordinates project control and reporting activity with the management team to meet objective  Overall study of the project and all its details and its own cost  Prepares and monitors project budgets to ensure project is completed within original budget  Delay analysis and Implementation of corrective actions in order to overcome the occurred delays  Propose solutions and alternatives of problems  Contract Management Initiate and prepare property operation contracts  Advise and assist the consultants and contractors in the development of Time schedules, cost allocation materials.  Coordinate With All Consultants (ARCH , Civil , Roads & MEP ) In Time & Cost To meet The Projects Requirement  Prepare Procurement Schedule & Contract Schedule According to Baseline & Following it up  Review All the Invoices To track the subcontractors in Time & Cost  Cost allocation per category.  ETC forecast based on remaining quantity.
