• Job Details:o inspect ship blocks fit up and dimensions. o Visually Inspect the welding lines of the structure. o Perform and evaluate NDT Non- destructive tests and write reports. o Perform hydrostatic and leakage tests on tanks, valves and pipelines. o Experience in inspection of piping systems from spools fabrication stage to commissioning stage. o Experience in machinery, mechanical installations, alignments during the various installation stages and commissioning trials. o Perform berth and sea trials. o Perform thickness measurements, inspect various ship repair operations. o Propeller and rudder clearance measurement. o perform propeller shaft runout. o Very good technical report writing skills. o Checking and inspecting all purchases of raw materials and equipment in stockyard before delivery to workshops.
