• Job Details:Responsible of managing operations of Raya HQ Building and its data center and other sites in Cairo. • Monitors & meets with all maintenance and operations team to ensure that operations are running properly and monitoring their availability of all the maintenance team to ensure their presence for 24 hours. • Leading the communication & agreements with the outsourced companies as per the contract’s terms of each with respect to the work flow to preserve the building assets. • Responsible of handling new projects including Enhancement or Infrastructure to upgrade building status. • Work closely with procurement team in analyzing offers on technical basis and ensure the right vendor is selected for each project. • Monitor & Review the monthly reports for the maintenance spare parts conditions to ensure the safety stock availability. • Monitors energy consumptions and suggest new ideas for energy reduction to be cost efficient and environmentally friendly. • Applies Health and Safety policies and procedures while performing his job to ensure general safety. • Initiates and shares on monthly basis maintenance status report to ensure the follow up of all operations tasks & projects with operations manager. • Responsible for plotting annual department budget plan to predict the department expenses for both OPEX and CAPEX and share it with the facility manager. • Strong management skill for managing operation team, supervise and coaching them with a very good communication with the team.

• Job Details:Responsible of managing Alex Bank building & data center and El-Mokhtabar HQ in smart village • Manage maintenance team and their usage of HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, all the plumping activities and the carpentry activates as well. • Supervise Execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities. • Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well. • Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement, and renovations • Issuing the monthly report for Trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during month
